We were delighted to receive a very special visit from the ‘Jack McGrath Cup’ which was won by the Derry Senior Camogie Team when they defeated Meath to become All-Ireland Intermediate Camogie Champions.
The Cup won by the U14 Derry Camogs in their All-Ireland Campaign was also on display.
Hopefully some of our young camogs will be inspired to bring these cups back to Derry when it is their turn to compete in the future.
Paula and Lyndsey from the Dogs Trust visited St. Columba’s this week. They carried out workshops relating to the safe handling of dogs and differences between human and dog behaviours. The children had the opportunity to become pet detectives and carried out role play activities based on a range of scenarios.
We need your help!
