Shared Education
What a wonderful couple of days we had with our friends in Kilrea Primary. We spent two fun filled mornings completing activities based on the story ‘Room on the broom’ and Halloween.
Article 15 states that all children have the right to meet with friends.
Anti-Bullying Week
Year One celebrated Anti-Bullying week by creating a beautiful friendship chain and by rocking our odd socks.
Article 2 states that every child has the right to live without discrimination.
Merry Christmas from Year One🎄
Year One enjoyed a range of Christmas activities.
Year One had so much fun exploring their Space topic through Play Based Learning activities. Article 31 states that every child has the right to relax and play.
Happy Mother’s Day!
Well done to our Year One pupils for such a beautiful presentation of their Mother’s Day assembly. Article 7 states that every child has the right to be cared for by their parents.

Big Walk and Wheel
Year One enjoyed taking part in The Big Walk and Wheel. Some pupils walked to school, some scooted and some cycled. Article 24 states that every child has the right to good health and Year One are definitely all aiming towards leading a healthy lifestyle.
