😎☀️ Fun in the Sun! 😎☀️

Year 3 have been enjoying outdoor play in the sunshine! We had great fun exploring our outdoor play and woodland area and even found some bugs in our insect hotel! ☀️😎🔎🐜

Green Fingers! 🌱

The boys and girls in Year 3 have been busy planting and looking after their produce! We planted some radish seeds and they are now finally ready for planting outdoors! 🌱🌱

🚕Traffic Survey!🚙

We carried out a traffic survey as part of our numeracy to count the number and type of vehicles that went past our school during a 15 minute period. We recorded our results using a tally chart and then used them to create a bar graph. 🚗🚙🚑🚚🚜📊

Attendance Award for Year 3!

Year 3 have been awarded the silver award for attendance during the month of March! Well done everyone!

Year 3 St. Patrick's Day Assembly

The boys and girls in Year 3 performed a special assembly ahead of St. Patrick's Day! They told us all about the life of our Patron Saint and how he had been captured as a slave before becoming a Bishop and using the shamrock to spread God's word in Ireland. We sang Hail Glorious Saint Patrick before being entertained by some Irish Dancing from some boys and girls in our class! Thank you to everyone who came to join us! ☘🎶

Big Cook, Little Cook!

Year 3 explored the topic of 'Big Cook, Little Cook'! During this topic they had lots of fun in the kitchen as they baked a malteaster cake, cornflake buns and even made their own cup of tea! ☕️ We had lots of chocolate covered faces afterwards! Yum yum! #thebestbit 😁🍫
