The boys and girls in Nursery have been very busy preparing their sandwiches and pancakes as well as lending a helping hand to make leek and potato soup. We hope everyone enjoyed their tasty snacks.

This morning, our Rights Respecting Ambassadors spoke to everyone about the importance of children’s rights ahead of World Children’s Day on Monday.
To bring our celebration of Anti-Bullying Week to a close, all pupils had the opportunity to enjoy a movie focusing on the theme of kindness/friendships/anti-bullying.
This was a lovely way to complete a busy week of activities as together we ‘made a noise about bullying’.

To mark World Kindness Day, all classes participated in an online assembly this morning delivered by 52 Lives. We then completed a range of activities dedicated to promoting and celebrating acts of kindness towards one another.
We kicked off Anti-Bullying Week by celebrating Odd Socks Day today. Odd Socks Day is special celebration of all our unique qualities that make us different!
Thank you to Miss McKiernan’s Year 7 pupils who delivered assembly this morning ahead of Anti - Bullying Week next week. The children shared this year’s theme, ‘Make a Noise About Bullying’ and highlighted the many forms of bullying. We look forward to engaging in a number of planned activities next week as we celebrate Anti - Bullying Week.
