This morning Year 6 interviewed their Year 1 buddies to get to know them better. They will then use this information to create a special book all about their buddies. Year one are so lucky to have such wonderful friends!
Anna from N. I. Water visited the Year 5 children to talk about the water cycle. Anna also gave them lots of ideas about how to save water at home.
Today we celebrated ‘European Day of Languages’ in St. Columba’s. We enjoyed lessons in Spanish, German, French, Polish, Portugese and Irish. 🇪🇸🇩🇪🇫🇷🇵🇱🇮🇪🇵🇹
To celebrate National Coding Week, pupils in Key Stages 1 and 2 participated in online coding workshops facilitated by the Nerve Centre on the theme of ‘Our Place in Space’. The children thoroughly enjoyed the opportunity to get creative and have some fun while learning key coding skills. 📱 #nationalcodingweek #codingisfun
Thank you to Year 6 for their wonderful ‘Welcome Assembly’ this morning. They welcomed their buddies and presented them with a gift. They are doing an amazing job of looking after Year 1. 🌟
