We love Outdoor play. Physical play and healthy eating is very important to keep us healthy. We have a wide variety of activities each day.

Wednesday 26th September was European Day of Languages. We learnt how to say "hello" and "good bye" in Spanish. We read a story about Dora starting school. It was good fun.

Our play is very important. We learn lots of skills.

The girls from Action Cancer came to tell us all about healthy eating and exercise.

Picnic Time.

We had a picnic on a sunny day.

Ditch the Dark Day in Pre School.

For CodingWeek we explored following directions using Cody Roby. We will use this in our play each week.

We enjoyed making orange jelly. We melted the cubes of jelly with hot water. We put two spooky sweets in the bottom of the jelly. It set over night in the fridge, then we ate it today with out snack! It was wibbly wobbly fun.🍊🍧

Pumpkin Carving.....our Jack O'Lantern.🕸🕸🕸

We have been exploring "heavy" and "light". We all lifted the pumpkin to see if it was heavy? We all agreed that it was "very heavy"!! We also used other words to describe the pumpkin- orange, cold, soft, smooth and sweet!! How wonderful!! 👏🏻

Parsnip Curry Soup

We made delicious soup in class today. Everyone took part. The onions made our eyes water!! It tasted beautiful. We dipped bread in it and ate it for our snack.🍲

Thank you to all our parents for their wonderful support in our Sponsered Spookathon. We ran our mile today in the assembly hall. Along with Nursery we raised almost £700!! Fabulous!! Happy Halloween.🕸
