Well done to all the boys and girls who performed a wonderful assembly this morning on the topic of ‘Minibeasts’. You were fabulous! Thank you to all the parents, guardians and family members who joined us.

What a fantastic day! The sun shone bright on our Year 4 children today as they made their First Holy Communion. All of our Y4 girls and boys were simply amazing! They were so reverent and all looked simply beautiful. A big thank you to our Y4 parents for their support and to Mrs McGuckin, Mrs Dowds and Mrs Quigg for all of their hard work and care in helping the children prepare so well for their First Holy Communion Day.  Thanks also to our fabulous choir and instrumentalists under the guidance of Miss Coyle and to Fr McDermott for leading such a beautiful Communion Mass.

Nursery enjoyed their Teddy Bear’s Picnic at the park this morning. Everyone had great fun playing in the sunshine and even enjoyed a nice ice lolly to cool down afterwards.

Jackie and Shirley from the NSPCC visited our school today to talk to some of the year groups about the work they do to help keep children safe.
