Year 7 Visit Seamus Heaney's Homeplace

Year 7 visited Seamus Heaney's Home Place on Tuesday as part of their Shared Education Programme. Using modern technology, they were able to listen to Seamus Heaney actually reading his own poems. Afterwards they made a visit to Portglenone Forest to take inspiration from the great outdoors for their own poetry writing. 📝🌲📚
