Digital Art and Design in Year 2

 

Year 2 have been exploring shape and colour using Kadinsky's concentric circles as inspiration. They used watercolour paints to blend colours for their own design before layering tissue paper of different sizes. They used the Quiver app and the iPads to bring their designs to life by transforming their 2D drawings into moving 3D objects! Finally, they used Brush Redux to blend colours digitally and compared them with their own watercolour paintings.
