Year 2 have been very busy exploring their topic ‘The Building Site’ through lots of different Play Based Learning activities. We have been taking on the roles of architects, engineers and builders in the Construction Area, as well as learning how plumbers ensure water flows through pipes correctly at the Water Area. We have also been busy making signs for our classroom construction site, designing our own building sites and creating our own stable buildings on the interactive whiteboard.
