This week, we marked Children’s Mental Health Week in St. Columba’s by focusing on the importance of wellbeing, kindness and talking about our feelings.
Throughout the week, our pupils engaged in meaningful activities and discussions to help them understand that it’s okay to not feel okay sometimes and that there is always someone ready to listen.
